Designing one of the largest allotments in the city of Itapema was the great challenge and, above all, the beginning of the company's differential in the market. The Jardim Morretes I and II brought new meaning to the Morretes neighborhood, bringing to the region an expansion of quality combined with exponential growth.

Construction projects were even more daring, starting with the launch in 2014 of the Galatas Residence, considered by the market and in the opinion of a range of brokers as a unique work, a high standard differentiated in the region, the work since its launch called the attention of those who passed, all the inspiration in this project made of the Galatas Residence success in sales and consequently the postcard of the Morretes neighborhood.

In 2017 new project has began, Zone 1 of Meia Praia chose the VPR Empreendimentos as an idealizing model of a high standard, daring in what has more modern, without losing the human touch and functionality. Without a doubt a creation of identity to build with pleasure that stamping in each project the true identity of the company.

The CEO

Clóvis José da Rocha Júnior, Clovis Júnior popularly known, belongs to the native generation of the region. Family of da Rocha of his father and Dalmolin of his mother, Italian Origin.

At the age of 16 he began his professional and student life. He attended Business Administration at the University of Vale do Itajaí (Univali), holder of CRA / SC- 20014. At the age of 20, he entered his second degree in higher education, the Law Course at the University of the Vale do Itajaí (Univali). Clóvis Júnior accumulated two technical courses, the real estate transaction under CRECI / SC - 15551 and also graduated in Insurance Broker by Funenseg, thus SUSEP 1000123, issued by the local authority linked to the Ministry of Finance of Brazil.

In the business life he began his career at the age of 16 as Financial Manager of the his family Hotel, Hotel Village Itapema, at the age of 18 he assumed the management of the Hotel. At the age of 20, together with his academic and technical background, he created R4 Corretora de Seguros e Imóveis, approved under the CRECI 3290J and SUSEP 100711136, a company with two branches of activity, being, real estate and insurer.

In the same period, he created the VPR Empreendimentos, looking for some investments in lots in the city of Itapema and Barra Velha, both in SC, in partnership with Fenix Empreendimentos to idealize one of the largest subdivisions of the Morretes neighborhood in Jardim Morretes II.

Then with 26 years old decided to expand its business investing in construction. It designed a high standard work that until then did not exist in the Morretes neighborhood, in Itapema / SC, then extended the concept to Meia Praia.

Today with 31 years old accumulates interesting numbers, adding works in civil construction and land subdivisions are about 140,000 square meters delivered, being 134,000 square meters in land lots, 9,159 in works delivered and running, 9,800 square meters under construction, totaling 18,959 square meters in construction.

Today it counts on 04 offices having direct assistance of 21 employees and 50 adding indirect and outsourced. He was featured in circulation news as Young Entrepreneur, also accumulates in his curriculum, published articles and theses.
