Designing one of the largest allotments in the city of Itapema was the great challenge and, above all, the beginning of the company's differential in the market. The Jardim Morretes I and II brought new meaning to the Morretes neighborhood, bringing to the region an expansion of quality combined with exponential growth.
Construction projects were even more daring, starting with the launch in 2014 of the Galatas Residence, considered by the market and in the opinion of a range of brokers as a unique work, a high standard differentiated in the region, the work since its launch called the attention of those who passed, all the inspiration in this project made of the Galatas Residence success in sales and consequently the postcard of the Morretes neighborhood.
In 2017 new project has began, Zone 1 of Meia Praia chose the VPR Empreendimentos as an idealizing model of a high standard, daring in what has more modern, without losing the human touch and functionality.
